Products

All of them come from the same process: melted, forged, heat treated, peeled and cut to size. The difference is in the final shape and where the part is used.

Machined steel shaft end with a keyway

Forged shafts and bars

Large-section forged shafts for pump, turbine, gearbox and crane shafts. The forging ratio gives a void-free, fine-grained structure in the core; after peeling the shaft is ready for ultrasonic testing.

Large helical gears stacked and ready for shipment

Forged discs and gear blanks

Discs cut from forged shafts or forged directly by upsetting. For gear, flange and wheel manufacturers, they provide a dense, directional structure around the circumference where the teeth will be cut.

Steel blocks marked with heat numbers

Forged die blocks

Rectangular blocks for plastic injection, die casting and forging dies. Forging provides uniform hardness across the section and good machinability, even in large sections.
